Born and raised in Arizona, Vanessa has spent her entire life calling the Grand Canyon State home. She has been serving clients in the insurance industry since 2008, building her career from customer service to claims before earning her Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Her diverse experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of insurance and allows her to confidently guide clients through every stage of the process.

Vanessa's favorite part of her job is getting to know her clients and helping them find the right coverage to protect what matters most. She believes every client should feel like family from the moment they walk through the door. Her goal is to create lasting relationships built on trust, making sure clients always feel comfortable reaching out with questions, policy changes, or anything else they may need.

Outside of work, Vanessa is deeply family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her three adult children, her five dogs, and the people she loves most. Whether she's relaxing with a good TV show, listening to podcasts, or creating music, she enjoys finding time for the things that inspire her. Music has been a lifelong passion, and many people are surprised to learn that she has performed on stage, earned second place at the Arizona Hip Hop Festival, appeared in a movie, and even did some modeling.

Her coworkers describe her as fun, funny, and hardworking, bringing positive energy to the office every day. She believes life is too short to live with regrets and strives to treat everyone with kindness, respect, and grace. She's also passionate about music and staying informed on current events and everyday issues.

When she's not at work, you'll likely find Vanessa making memories with family, enjoying a great meal at Comedor Guadalajara, or taking in the beautiful scenery of Sedona. She's a coffee lover, a proud dog mom to five pups, and definitely more of a night owl than an early bird. Vanessa looks forward to helping every client feel welcomed, protected, and cared for—just like family.
