Born in Detroit, Michigan, Matt has called Arizona home for most of his life. He likes to say he’s had the best of both worlds—Midwest roots with the Arizona lifestyle he’s grown to love.

Matt found his way into insurance while looking for a career where he could build genuine relationships and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He quickly realized insurance was the perfect fit. For him, it’s never just about policies—it’s about helping people protect their families, homes, businesses, and everything they’ve worked hard for.

What Matt enjoys most is building relationships with his clients and being someone they feel comfortable calling when they have questions or need guidance. His goal is simple: every client should leave the conversation feeling informed, valued, and confident in their decisions.

“If someone feels like I truly listened to what they needed and gave them honest advice, then I’ve done my job.”

Around the office, Matt hopes his teammates would describe him as positive, dependable, and always willing to jump in when things get busy. He also has a competitive side—whether it’s sports, board games, or trivia, a little friendly competition is always welcome.

Outside of the office, Matt enjoys staying active, watching sports, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends. He’s also a big animal lover with three dogs and one very spoiled, very fluffy cat. A laid-back weekend with his pets is hard to beat.

His favorite Arizona escape is Sedona. Between the incredible views and relaxing atmosphere, it’s one of those places that reminds him how lucky he is to call Arizona home.

And if you really want to know Matt: Dutch Bros over Starbucks, he’s definitely a night owl, and mornings are still a work in progress. ๐Ÿ˜„

One quote that has stuck with Matt is:

“Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away.”

For Matt, it’s a reminder to live with integrity, surround yourself with good people, make the most of life, and appreciate the moments that truly matter.
