Ludwikka Chavarria

Ludwikka was born in Durango, Mexico, and has proudly called Arizona home for the past 22 years. She found her way into the insurance industry through her brother-in-law, and what started as an opportunity quickly became a career centered on helping others protect what matters most.

For Ludwikka, the best part of the job is building genuine relationships with her clients. She believes insurance is about more than policies—it's about earning trust and giving families confidence that they have someone they can rely on. Her goal is for every client to feel heard, supported, and secure, knowing she is committed to finding solutions that meet their unique needs. She also appreciates the flexibility her career provides, allowing her to be present for both her clients and her family.

Outside of work, Ludwikka loves spending time with her husband and children, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories together. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and watching her husband embrace fatherhood has been one of the greatest joys of her life. When she's not out adventuring, you'll often find her curled up with a good book. A self-proclaimed book nerd with a collection of more than 50 books (and counting), reading also played a big role in helping her learn English after moving to Arizona.

Her coworkers describe her as calm, easygoing, and fun—especially when she's in charge of the office playlist. She's also always eager to try new foods, experiment with new recipes, and learn something new.

Ludwikka is a proud dog mom to Harry, a lovable mutt named after her favorite literary character, Harry Potter. A huge Harry Potter fan, she's always happy to chat about the books. When it comes to Arizona, Sedona is her favorite destination, though she loves everything the state has to offer—from the desert heat to the beautiful forests up north.

One quote that reflects her outlook on life is: "Rejection, pain, and loneliness are all part of being human, but so is the will to keep moving forward." It's a philosophy that reminds her to keep growing, embrace new experiences, and always move forward with optimism.
